Jim Rogers

Jim co-founded Simply Bridges Group, Inc. in 2006, after serving for over 20 years with the United States Air Force.

Among his many successes, Jim's has helped leaders and teams within organizations revitalize stagnant programs to consistently achieve better results. Some of his most rewarding work is in the area of leadership and team development. His consulting and coaching has inspired professionals in a variety of industries to new heights of achievement. Jim’s primary focus is working with emerging leaders, managers, executives and entrepreneurs’ to achieve high performance results for their business. His award-winning work in these areas has fostered stronger team morale, productivity and cohesiveness resulting in improvements to customer service effectiveness, internal process efficiencies and bottom-line profit and growth.

Jim has mastered the skills to develop future leaders. He co-created a one-of-a-kind Leadership Development Training Program for developing leaders in first-line supervision, leadership, and management training. This program was recognized throughout the United Kingdom Region as “best practice” for employee development. This 'best practice' program served as a model for similar programs for other Air Force units throughout Europe.

In addition to growing the business, Jim serves as an Assistant Director in the Orlando Region for Business Networking International – the world’s largest business networking organization. He directly supports over 145 small businesses in their referral based marketing efforts increasing closed business through effective networking and word of mouthing marketing.
