Jim is co-founder of Simply Bridges Group, Inc. Among his many successes, Jim's professional coaching techniques have effectively helped leaders and teams within organizations revitalize stagnant programs and inspire professionals to new heights of achievement. Jim’s primary focus is in the areas of creating Organizational Vision , Strategy Development and Implementation, Performance Improvement, Team Building and Leadership Development. His award-winning work in these areas has fostered stronger team morale and cohesiveness resulting in improved customer service, greater efficiency and on-time delivery of services.

Having served for over 20 years with the United States Air Force, Jim has mastered the effective utilization of the skills needed to develop future leaders. As a member of the initial cadre of leaders that created a one-of-a-kind Leadership Development Training Program, he was recognized for contributions foundational to coaching and mentoring new supervisors responsible for over 500 developing leaders in first-line supervision, leadership, and management training. This program was recognized throughout the United Kingdom Region as “best practice” for employee development. Jim has led, and managed, work units with up to 600 employees creating a benchmark program to ensure the highest quality staffing for sensitive positions in accordance with Department of Defense policies. This 'best practice' program directly resulted in a 65 percent reduction in staff processing times and has served as a model for similar programs throughout Europe.

Jim’s global perspective is foundational in everything he pursues. His experiences have taken him to England where he lived and worked for about 12 years, as well as time spent in Ireland, Scotland, France, Spain, Italy, Amsterdam, South Korea, Philippines, Turkey, and throughout the United States and Canada.

As an active member of the community, Jim believes it is his personal mission to help people, and their businesses, reach their full potential. During the Fall ‘04 Hurricane Season, he organized, and directed, hurricane relief efforts leading a workforce of over 80 volunteers providing hurricane recovery assistance to 120 damaged homes. This community service effort was recognized by the Wal-Mart Corporation with a grant for outstanding community service during a time of great need.

Jim graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University and completed his Master’s of Arts degree in Christian Leadership from Asbury Seminary in May 2007.
