I was caught in a state of perpetual uncertainty about my professional career. I was in a job I wasn't passionate about; in a field that wasn't directly related to my education concentration. After a few sessions with Jim as my coach, I gained a clear perspective on what career choices were more appropriate for me, and I started taking the necessary steps to attain my professional goals. Instead of directly asking me "What do you want to do for a living?" my coach helped me find the answer to that question based on my personality type, likes/dislikes, talents, strengths, and abilities. This gave me the guidance I needed to get me on a career path that was right for me! 

I have since started grad school for my MBA in Management, and have taken steps to start my own business in a field I am very passionate about. This has been an invaluable experience for me, and I'm sure I will look back on his consultation as the critical turning point of my now-more-certain future success.
